Two questionnaires with questions relating to, amongst other things, biological weapons, biosecurity legislation, R&D efforts, and societal resilience were widely distributed to respondents across sectors and regions in Europe in order to provide insight into threat and security perceptions and prioritization of Research and Development in European biological homeland security.
